01Hero Copy

The first three seconds.

Above-the-fold copy for the hero. One headline, one line of clarity, one decision.

H1 · 10–15 words
Deodorant, evolved into a daily ritual of intelligent, evolving fragrance.
Subheadline · 20–30 words
A microbiome-conscious fine mist that reads your body's heat and unfolds a considered fragrance across the day — the meeting point of luxury perfumery and advanced skincare.
Primary CTA · 3–5 words
Join the Founding 500
Supporting Line
Fine mist. Microbiome-conscious. A daily scent ritual.
02Body Copy

Three paragraphs. One argument.

Problem, solution, invitation. Read in under thirty seconds. Approximately 130 words total.

01 · Problem
Deodorant has been treated as a commodity for a century — chalky sticks, harsh aerosols, aluminum-heavy formulas that mask rather than consider the skin. The category has stopped evolving.

02 · Solution
VAEV rebuilds it from the molecule up. An aluminum-free, microbiome-conscious fine mist that lands weightlessly on the skin — its heat-activated fragrance unfolding from clean top notes at morning into a warmer, quieter signature by evening.

03 · Invitation
Before public release, we are opening five hundred numbered positions. The Founding 500 receive the first bottles, the field notes, and a permanent place in the origin of a new category. Reserve yours while the allocation remains.

03Creative Direction · Image Prompts

Three images. One visual language.

Production-ready prompts for Midjourney, DALL·E, or equivalent. Reference vocabulary: Apple, Byredo, Le Labo, Aesop, Dyson. No botanicals, no wellness cliché, no green.

Hero Image
Above the fold. Object as icon.
VAEV hero — frosted-glass bottle on basalt stone
Subject: a single frosted-glass VAEV deodorant bottle, monolithic and sculptural, centred as a luxury object. Composition: strict vertical symmetry, generous negative space, rule-of-thirds with the bottle anchored slightly below optical centre. Camera angle: eye-level, 85mm equivalent, tight parallax, slight ground reflection. Materials: matte frosted glass, brushed anodized aluminium cap, honed black basalt stone plinth, softly polished concrete backdrop. Lighting: single directional architectural key light from upper-left, deep controlled shadow, faint rim to define the silhouette, no bounce fill. Mood: quiet, cinematic, museum-grade product portrait. Colour palette: obsidian black, smoke grey, warm bone, cool platinum highlights — strictly monochrome. Visual style: Apple keynote hero meets Byredo campaign, Dyson-grade product rendering, editorial minimalism. Realism: photoreal, medium-format, ultra-sharp, subtle film grain, no CGI plastic sheen.

Fine Mist Ritual
Section two. Sensory proof.
VAEV fine mist ritual — frosted-glass bottle and white cotton shirt in architectural light
Subject: an unseen hand releasing an ultra-fine, almost invisible mist that drifts across bare collarbone skin and the edge of a soft white cotton shirt. Composition: cropped, intimate, off-centre — negative space dominates the upper two-thirds; the mist reads as a delicate atmospheric veil. Camera angle: close, slight down-tilt at shoulder height, 50mm, shallow depth of field. Materials: warm human skin, fine-weave cotton, brushed limestone counter, matte black tapware, honed travertine wall. Lighting: soft morning daylight from a hidden slot window, directional, high-contrast falloff into deep shadow — architectural, never soft-box. Mood: private, ceremonial, poised, calm. Colour palette: bone, warm stone, smoke grey, black, a single note of skin tone — monochrome discipline. Visual style: Aesop editorial meets Le Labo campaign, quiet luxury bathroom, Kinfolk restraint without wellness cliché. Realism: photoreal, medium-format, natural skin texture, believable mist physics, no leaves, no plants, no green.

Product & Discovery Set
Collectible. Object story.
VAEV product and discovery set — three frosted-glass bottles in a monolithic charcoal case
Subject: three frosted-glass VAEV bottles nested inside their monolithic outer packaging — a matte charcoal architectural case revealing the bottles like an artifact vitrine. Composition: flat-lay from directly above, precise grid alignment, abundant negative space around the object, museum-catalogue framing. Camera angle: 90-degree overhead, orthographic feel, no perspective distortion. Materials: frosted glass, brushed aluminium, matte pressed-fibre charcoal packaging, honed black stone surface, faint debossed VAEV wordmark. Lighting: even top-down architectural light with a single controlled directional accent from the right, hard-edged shadow lines. Mood: collectible, considered, quietly monumental. Colour palette: black, smoke grey, bone, platinum — strictly monochrome, zero warm props. Visual style: Apple unboxing meets Byredo Discovery Set, Dyson product catalogue, gallery still life. Realism: photoreal, ultra-sharp, tack-focus edge-to-edge, subtle texture on stone and glass, no clutter, no botanicals, no lifestyle props.

Founding 500 Invitation
Closing section. Belonging as artifact.
VAEV Founding 500 invitation — numbered bone cotton card, charcoal envelope, and brushed aluminium key on black basalt
Subject: a single numbered Founding 500 invitation card on a honed black basalt surface — heavy uncoated bone-white cotton cardstock, debossed VAEV wordmark, a serialized number foil-blocked in platinum, paired with a matte charcoal envelope and a slim brushed-aluminium key-tag. Composition: overhead three-quarter, precise editorial flat-lay, generous negative space, museum-catalogue framing. Camera: 90mm equivalent, tack-sharp, medium-format realism, subtle paper grain. Lighting: single directional architectural key from upper-left, hard-edged shadow, no bounce fill. Materials: cotton paper, platinum foil, matte charcoal card, brushed aluminium, honed black stone. Mood: private, ceremonial, collectible, quietly monumental — an artifact of belonging. Colour palette: obsidian black, smoke grey, bone, platinum — strictly monochrome, no botanicals, no lifestyle clutter. Visual style: Apple keynote meets Byredo campaign, Aesop editorial restraint, gallery still life. Photoreal, ultra-sharp, 16:9 landscape.

Wear Notes · Morning to Evening
Editorial. The fragrance arc.
VAEV wear notes — frosted-glass bottle beside three basalt discs marked morning, midday, evening
Subject: an editorial 'wear notes' still life — a frosted-glass VAEV bottle beside three honed basalt discs marked Morning · Midday · Evening, arranged in a precise horizontal line to suggest a heat-activated fragrance evolving through the day, with a slim brushed-aluminium scent indicator as accent. Composition: overhead three-quarter, editorial flat-lay, generous negative space, museum-catalogue framing, horizontal rhythm. Camera: 90mm equivalent, medium-format realism, tack-sharp, subtle stone and glass texture. Lighting: three architectural light passes across the frame — cool bone key, neutral platinum key, warmer smoke-grey key — reading as morning, midday, evening without warm colour cast. Materials: frosted glass, brushed aluminium, honed black basalt, matte bone paper labels. Mood: quiet, ceremonial, scientific, considered. Colour palette: obsidian black, smoke grey, bone, platinum — strictly monochrome, no botanicals, no skin, no clutter. Visual style: Apple keynote meets Byredo campaign, Aesop editorial restraint, gallery still life. Photoreal, ultra-sharp, 16:9 landscape.
04BPMN Legend

How to read the journey diagram.

The four BPMN node types used to map the customer journey from first encounter to founding advocacy.

Start

The entry point of the journey — first encounter with the brand or object.

Step

An action or task performed by the customer or the brand to move the journey forward.

Decision

A branch point where the flow splits based on a yes/no condition or customer state.

End

The conclusion of a path — conversion, exit, or resolution of the journey.

05Design Notes

The frame around the copy.

Design recommendations aligned with the existing VAEV system — architectural, monochrome, editorial.

Typography
Inter, weights 200–400. H1 in a large editorial cut (56–96px desktop), body at 16–18px with 1.7 leading. Eyebrow labels at 10px, 0.25em tracking, uppercase. No decorative faces.
Layout
Single column on mobile, generous two-column asymmetry above 768px. Left column carries eyebrow and section thesis; right column carries the payload. Hairline dividers rather than boxes.
White Space
Sections breathe at 128–192px vertical padding on desktop. Copy blocks never exceed 640px width. Negative space is treated as a material, not an absence.
Photography
Cinematic monochrome — bone, smoke grey, obsidian, warm stone. Architectural directional light. Product as object, not lifestyle prop. One image per section, held quietly.
CTA Placement
Primary CTA appears three times: hero, mid-page after the body copy, and a final quiet moment before the footer. Underlined text-link treatment or a thin outlined pill — never a saturated button.
Mobile
Type scales down proportionally (H1 to 36–44px), column stacks single-file, hairlines and eyebrow labels remain. Sticky bottom CTA appears after the body copy scroll trigger.
Motion
Restraint. Copy fades in at 400ms with a 12px upward drift. No parallax on product imagery. Scroll behaviour remains native.
